Westlane Barcelona Transfers provides private van transfer services in and around Barcelona, Spain. By requesting a quote or making a booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
A booking is confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation from us (by email or WhatsApp) and payment has been received in full via the bank payment link we send you. Quote requests submitted through our website do not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are fixed for the agreed route, date, time, passenger count and luggage specified in your booking confirmation. No additional charges will be applied for normal traffic delays. Additional charges may apply for significant route changes requested after confirmation, waiting time beyond the grace period, and special requirements not declared at the time of booking.
For airport pickups, we provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time of your flight (not the scheduled time). For all other pickups, we provide 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting time beyond the grace period may be charged at the rate stated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: no refund. Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details, correct passenger and luggage counts, valid flight numbers for airport transfers, and timely arrival at the agreed pickup point. Westlane Barcelona Transfers is not liable for missed transfers resulting from inaccurate information provided by the passenger.
Each vehicle has a stated luggage capacity. Passengers must declare the number and approximate size of suitcases at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge additional fees or arrange an alternative vehicle if luggage substantially exceeds the declared amount.
Child seats and booster seats are available on request at no extra charge. Passengers must specify the ages of children requiring seats at the time of booking. Westlane Barcelona Transfers will fit the appropriate seat for the child's age and weight. Passengers are responsible for ensuring children are correctly secured during transit.
Westlane Barcelona Transfers carries appropriate third-party liability insurance as required by Spanish law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather, road closures, flight delays or passenger delays. Journey times stated on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your transfer service, please contact us at info@barcelonavantransfers.com within 7 days of the transfer. We will investigate and respond within 14 days.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
